Surjendu Sankar Das

Surjendu Sankar Das, AOR, has extensive legal experience with a current role as a Panel Advocate at RITES Ltd. since June 2025 and as a Panel Lawyer at DFCCIL since August 2024. Serving as Counsel and Arbitration Practitioner at the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts since January 2017, Surjendu specializes in arbitration, both international and domestic. Additional positions include Panel Lawyer for Indraprastha Gas Limited, Standing Counsel for the Andaman & Nicobar Administration, and Panel Advocate for several organizations including Central Warehousing Corporation, Goa Shipyard Limited, GAIL (India) Limited, and the Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation. Surjendu has also been the Standing Counsel for the State of Goa since July 2019. Educational background includes a BSc. LLB (Hons.) degree from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, completed between 2003 and 2008.
