Rhonda Gramm Gailey has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Rhonda is currently working as a TV Host for American Dream Network since January 2024. Prior to this, they were the Owner & Real Estate Broker at Gailey Enterprises Real Estate, where they provided full service sales & marketing services to residential sellers, buyers, and builders. Rhonda started this role in March 2012. From January 2005 to October 2008, Rhonda worked as the Owner/Qualifying Real Estate Broker at Scenic Marketing Group, LLC, offering comprehensive business planning, staffing, training, real estate sales, marketing, and property management services. Before that, they were the Owner/Real Estate Broker at Gramm & Associates, Inc. from January 1994 to 2008, specializing in large, planned urban single and multi-family properties. Rhonda also served as the SVP/Real Estate Agent at Gramm & Associates, Inc. from January 1994 to January 1998, where they focused on creating tactical marketing plans to reverse declining sales.

Rhonda Gramm Gailey attended Georgia State University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Broadcast Journalism in 1996. In 1994, they also obtained a Real Estate Sales License from the MLS School of Real Estate. Later, in 1998, Rhonda pursued further education at the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate, earning a Real Estate Broker's License.
