Edyta Stec

Edyta Stec is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at GAIL's Bakery since March 2021, Edyta has previously held significant roles including Regional Operations Director for Bill's Restaurants and multiple Area Manager positions at wagamama, overseeing various regions in London, North America, and the UK. Edyta's career also includes leadership roles at PizzaExpress and Brasserie Chez Gérard. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing Management of the Company from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania Marketingowego i Języków Obcych w Katowicach and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, complemented by studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
