Anna Catherall

Anna Catherall currently serves as the Group Operations Director at GAIN since April 2025. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at Conversion from March 2019 to April 2025, including Managing Director and Finance Director. Earlier experience includes working as a Financial Consultant at The Growth Lab from March 2015 to April 2019, focusing on providing strategic and financial support to small and medium-sized businesses. Anna's career began at RBS Markets and International Banking, where positions held included Head of Banking Business Unit Control, Head of Portfolio Business Unit Control, and European Network Financial Controller from 2005 to 2012. Anna has a BSc in Mathematics with Management Studies from the University of Sussex and a Management Accountancy Qualification from BPP University.
