Dave Casleton

Dave Casleton has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Dave currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Gain Compliance since September 2022. Prior to this, they were associated with Workiva from 2013 to 2022, where they held various roles including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, and Engineering Manager. Dave also worked as a Software Engineer at Aviva USA from 2010 to 2013 and as a Software Engineer at Source Allies Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at West Virginia University from 2007 to 2009 and as a Research Assistant at the National Energy Technology Laboratory from 2005 to 2007.

Dave Casleton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from West Virginia University. Dave later pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, which they completed between 2007 and 2009.
