Mark Pearson, CPA

Mark Pearson, CPA has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Mark began their career as an Assurance and Taxation Intern at McGladrey in 2005. In 2006, they joined McGladrey as an Assurance Associate and worked there until 2008. Mark then moved on to Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield where they served as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2015. Following this, they joined Athene USA as a Senior Accountant and worked there for three years, until 2018. Currently, Mark is employed at Gain Compliance, where they initially worked as a Senior Accountant - Statutory Client Services and later advanced to become a Senior Accounting Policy Manager.

Mark Pearson, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Mark has also acquired additional certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA.
