Debbie Gandy is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Compliance at GAIN Credit since November 2023, Debbie has held various leadership roles, including Head of Compliance at Hoist Finance from September 2019 to April 2023, and in multiple compliance positions at Valour Group and StepChange Debt Charity. Debbie's expertise encompasses regulatory compliance across FCA and MOJ regulated firms, with a solid background in managing compliance strategies and projects. Educationally, Debbie holds a Master's in Town Planning and a BA(Hons) in Town and Country Planning from The University of Manchester, supplemented by A Levels in Economics, French, Geography, and English Literature from Thornhill Grammar School.
