Reena Rayen

Reena joined GAIN Credit in 2010 and has more than 13 years of experience in the legal and compliance functions. In her current role, she heads a team of compliance professionals focused on ensuring that our business runs in strict adherence to regulatory requirements and upholds appropriate standards of operational compliance. She’s also responsible for conducting risk assessments, for governance and for compliance training at GAIN Credit.

Prior to GAIN Credit, Reena honed her professional skills while working with a couple of other reputed organizations.

Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her kids and family. A perfect embodiment of a modern and progressive woman, Reena manages to handle both office and personal responsibilities quite flawlessly – excelling in her role as a mentor to her team, and as a doting mother to her children.
