Steve Linman

Steve Linman is an experienced professional in the fields of auditing, governance, and compliance, currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Gain Federal Credit Union since April 2022. Linman previously held various leadership roles including Director of the Office of the President, Governance and Compliance, and Internal Audit Manager at AltaOne Credit Union, where responsibilities included ensuring regulatory compliance and improving the audit's perception. Prior experience also includes significant roles in credit and collections management across several companies, demonstrating expertise in reducing receivables and enhancing collection processes. Linman began a career in auditing and compliance with positions at Washington Mutual and the Office of Thrift Supervision, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Accounting from Woodbury University.
