Jessica Ive

Jessica Ive is a seasoned professional in consultancy and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Consultancy at Gain Theory since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica held several key positions including Senior Performance and Delivery Analyst at the Department for Education from July 2022 to February 2024, and Senior Delivery Analyst at 10 Downing Street from May 2021 to July 2022. Jessica also worked at the Cabinet Office as a Principal Analyst in Home Affairs, and as a Senior Analytics Consultant at Ebiquity plc. Experience in the UK Home Office included roles as Lead Strategy Analyst and Operational Research Analyst focusing on Central Analysis and Insight, as well as Borders and Immigration. Jessica holds an MSci degree in Natural Sciences, majoring in Chemistry and Physics, from Durham University, earned from September 2011 to June 2015.
