Rhonda Sikes

Rhonda Sikes is an experienced property management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Dual Property Manager at Gaines Investment Trust since April 2016, Sikes oversees two properties in Escondido and Encinitas and has previously held the role of Multi-Property Manager, managing budgeting, marketing, and operations for two sites with a total of 291 units. Prior experience includes positions as Property Director at S&H Realty Management, where Sikes managed 444 units across two sites in the Las Vegas area, and Property Manager at Balcor Property Management, overseeing a dual-phase property with corporate suites.
