Terra Rollins

Ms. Rollins leads all accounting operations for Gaines Investment Trust. With extensive experience as a corporate controller and Certified Public Accountant (inactive certificate) for national leaders in residential real estate mortgage finance, fintech, and dining services, Ms. Rollins is an expert in budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Throughout her career, Ms. Rollins has served as a proven accounting leader who is highly experienced in mergers & acquisitions integration, management and investor reporting, auditing, and tax planning. Her multifaceted industry experience and real estate background apply directly to GiT's various multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties.

Ms. Rollins holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, San Marcos. She has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1999 as is a member of the California Society of CPAs. She holds a membership in Alliance Francaise de San Diego and is a true Francophile. She also has a passion for sailing and has completed an ocean crossing, sailing on the open seas for 22 days from Puerta Vallarta, Mexico to Hilo, Hawaii. Nowadays she sails the San Diego Bay in the Wednesday night Beer Can series.
