John Holder

John Holder has a diverse work experience. John started their career in 2011 at Ace Hardware, where they worked in the Garden Center until 2013. In 2013, they moved on to work at Futch's Power Depot as a Counterman for a few months. Later that year, they joined Gainesville Regional Utilities as an IT Support - Temporary Technician. John eventually became an IT Support Technician in 2014, where they were responsible for answering phones, providing remote user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and communicating with users and tier 2-3 support.

John Holder has completed coursework in Graphic Arts at Full Sail University. John also attended Santa Fe College, although the specific field of study is unknown. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in A+ from CompTIA in May 2014.
