Susan Wing

Susan Wing began their work experience in 2010 as an Accounting Specialist at CDS-Childhood Development Services, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Gainesville Regional Utilities as a Business System Analyst and also served as an Accounts Payable Clerk until 2017.

Susan Wing attended the College of Central Florida, where they studied Computer Information Technology with a focus on Information Technology. Susan obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Microsoft 365 Certifications from Microsoft in July 2023, HDI Support Center Analyst from HDI in June 2022, Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Access Expert MS Cert from Microsoft in May 2022, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2021, ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager (ISTQB CTAL-TM) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in May 2021, DevOps Foundation from DevOps Institute in March 2021, ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in February 2021, Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in June 2019, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2018, and ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2018.
