Ricardo Ettrick

Ricardo Ettrick has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of the Special Investigation Unit at GAINSCO since February 2007. In this role, responsibilities include coaching investigators, monitoring loss adjustment expenses, and ensuring effective investigative procedures are followed. Previously, Ricardo held multiple positions at AAA Auto Club South, including Special Investigator and Dispatch Supervisor, where efforts focused on cross-training staff and resolving member complaints. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida International University, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College.
