Frank Pullia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2006, they started their career at Dunkin' Brands as a Store Manager, where they focused on maintaining high standards of customer service and implementing strategies to increase sales. In 2011, Frank had a Sales Internship at Allstate, where they developed relationships with local businesses and assisted in training agents.

From 2013 to 2019, Frank worked at USG in multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative, Team Coordinator, National Accounts Pro-Dealer Inside Sales Representative, and Account Representative. In these positions, they assisted customers with product inquiries, processed orders, and provided technical support.

Starting in 2019, Frank joined WithoutWire Inventory Sciences as an Engagement Manager and later took on the role of Product Consultant. Frank managed engagements, facilitated product implementation, and provided consultation to clients.

Most recently, in 2022, Frank joined Gainsight as a Strategic Engagement Manager, where they have been involved in managing strategic engagements for the company.

Frank Pullia has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Frank further pursued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Data Analytics from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their university degrees, Frank has obtained several certifications. In December 2021, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP®) through the Project Management Institute. In March 2021, they also became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in February 2023, Frank obtained the Gainsight End User Certification and the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight.
