Jared Block

Jared Block is an accomplished Customer Success Leader with extensive experience in driving growth, innovation, and scalability at Gainsight since July 2015. Serving as the Director of Customer Success for Gainsight’s Emerging Products, Jared focuses on enhancing adoption and retention throughout the customer journey. With a proven track record in go-to-market strategies, Jared has held roles such as Head of Go-to-Market for PX and General Manager for Gainsight Japan. Additional experience includes roles at Nielsen Company as a Data Analyst and positions in sales and CRM administration at Microgrid Energy, VMH International, and Tekni Group. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
