Josh Simpson is an experienced leader in customer success and professional services with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Gainsight since May 2025, Josh previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Socure from September 2024 to June 2025, where responsibility included leading a global team focused on customer implementation and support in digital identity verification.
