James Finley

James Finley has extensive experience in various leadership roles, starting as a Production Engineer at BP Amoco in 1993. James then moved on to roles at Deloitte Consulting, Event Relay, and Health Management Systems before becoming Program Director at Gainwell Technologies. In their current role as Vice President, they are accountable for revenue growth and operational excellence across multiple states, with total revenue exceeding $95 million. Throughout their career, James has consistently achieved year-over-year growth and strengthened client relationships.

James Finley received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1993. James then went on to earn their MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 1999 and 2001.
