Jolene Guignet

Jolene Guignet currently serves as the Director and Subrogation/Estates Attorney at Gainwell Technologies, where responsibilities include overseeing estate recovery and subrogation matters within a leading provider of health and human services solutions. Previously, Jolene Guignet held the role of Subrogation/Estates Attorney at HMS and served as a Fraud and Abuse/Compliance Specialist at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, where significant contributions included evaluating provider compliance and investigating fraud. Earlier experiences include working as an Attorney at Medved Dale Decker & Deere, LLC, and operating a solo practice focused on real estate and criminal law. Jolene Guignet's legal education was completed at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
