Marshall Preddy

Marshall Preddy serves as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Privacy Officer at Gainwell Technologies since December 2021. Previously, Marshall held various roles including Associate General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Privacy/Security Officer at Lone Star Circle of Care from March 2012 to December 2021, and General Counsel at Integrated Care Collaboration from August 2013 to June 2014. Marshall's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Analyst for Business Practices at The Methodist Hospital System and a legal intern there, alongside positions at Jones McClure Publishing as a Legal Editorial Assistant, and at EduNeering as an Instructional Designer and Creative Learning Consultant. Marshall began a career in the insurance industry as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate Insurance. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.A. in Creative Writing/English with a History Minor from the University of Houston.
