Matt Smith

Matt Smith has a robust work history with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Matt started their career with Duke Energy in 2001, where they served as Managing Director until 2008. Following that, they joined Conduent as Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple business divisions. In 2019, they transitioned to Gainwell Technologies as VP of Operations, where they successfully grew annual revenue for Payment Accuracy. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a talent for driving growth and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Matt Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Weber State University. Matt then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law. Matt also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Kentucky.
