Michelli M. Kelly

Michelli M. Kelly is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering for ICC Product Engineering in Technology Solutions at Gainwell Technologies since March 2024. With a strong background in telecommunications and information technology management, Michelli has held various senior management roles, including Sr. Manager for Unified Communications & Integration at L.A. Care Health Plan and Sr. Manager for Unified Communications & Infrastructure at Stanford Children's Health. Previous positions include managing large teams at ServiceNow and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading significant operational efforts in voice infrastructure and contact center solutions.
