Tania Ly is an experienced Agile Delivery Lead and Agile Coach with a strong background in managing complex Agile Release Trains and coaching cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Currently serving as Director at Gainwell Technologies, Tania oversees 13 Agile Release Trains and 135 Agile teams, emphasizing Lean-Agile practices.
