Yeshwant Venkatraman

Yeshwant Venkatraman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics, currently serving as Director at Gainwell Technologies since April 2021, previously holding the position of Sr. Manager in Technology and Analytics at HMS from October 2019 to April 2021. Yeshwant's career at HMS began in December 2011, progressing through various roles including Manager of Application Development, Lead Developer Analyst, and Sr. Developer Analyst. Prior to HMS, Yeshwant held the position of Data Quality Architect at Abbott Laboratories, where robust data acquisition and profiling techniques were implemented. Experience also includes serving as Sr. Datawarehouse Analyst at Frontier Communications, focusing on project controls, and as ETL Developer at ActiveHealth Management, where a centralized ODS architecture was designed. Yeshwant holds a Master’s degree in Microelectronics/Photovoltaics from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharathidasan University.
