Ken Fayle

Ken Fayle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic sales initiatives, currently serving as a Board Member at Be the Business and Chairman of the Association of British Choral Directors. Fayle has been a Strategic Dealmaker at GainX since October 2021, providing advisory support on sales organization and key client acquisition. Preceding this, Fayle had a long tenure at IBM United Kingdom Ltd, starting as a Business Development Executive in 1983 and culminating in roles such as Software Business Development Lead for Key Accounts and National Field Sales Manager for the Financial Services Sector. Fayle holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Oriel College, Oxford, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Vocal Pedagogy at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
