Katherine Woodrow has significant experience in finance and operations roles. Katherine is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at GaitQ, a company that develops wearable medical devices for people with Parkinson's to overcome gait-freezing episodes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance and Operations at TrustonTap, where they played a key role in developing and executing the company's vision and business objectives. Katherine also had responsibilities for governance, strategy, innovation of the digital platform, profit and loss, analysis of business KPIs, operational budgets, and compliance. Katherine previously held the position of Head of Finance and Operations at TrustonTap. Katherine has experience as a Project Manager at Nyumba Kavunjeni and as the Founder and Finance Director at Drumbeat Communications Ltd and Call Options UK Ltd, where they successfully sold the company to Adept Telecom.
Katherine Woodrow completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Bristol from 1993 to 1996. Katherine later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Philosophy at the University of Bristol from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Creative Writing from 2009 to 2012.
