Sofia Leão has a diverse work experience. Sofia started their career at Folha de S.Paulo in 2010 as part of the Folhateen Support Group. Sofia then joined PUC Júnior Consultoria in 2013, initially as a Contributor of Social Responsibility and later promoted to Manager of Social Responsibility. In 2014, they had an internship at Risk Office. Sofia then worked at Schroders as a Sales Intern from 2015 to 2016. In 2019, they joined WEEL as a Sales Account Executive. Sofia's most recent experience includes working at Gaivota from 2020 to 2023, where they held various roles such as Sales & Business Partnership Analyst, Sales Ops Manager, Sales Account Executive & Sales Ops Manager, and Technical Sales & Sales Ops Manager.
