Shaun Caynes

Shaun Caynes is an experienced staffing operations manager at IMG since November 2023, and a gate manager for GALA Festival, where responsibilities include sourcing ticketing staff and overseeing queue management. Involved with elrowFamily and KRANKBROTHER LIMITED, Shaun has served as a ground transport/production assistant and artist liaison/gate supervisor, respectively. Previous experience includes managing staffing at Printworks London and overseeing artist transport for Gottwood Festival. As venue manager at Kala Festival, Shaun led the event management of a unique dining experience on a beach in Albania. Shaun holds a foundation degree from London Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing further education at BIMM University.
