Rachel Chan, PMP, CSM

Rachel Chan, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience in project management and e-commerce. Rachel is currently working as a Product Manager at Gala Games since May 2022. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Nexon America as a Senior Project Manager from March 2021 to April 2022, and as a Project Manager from June 2019 to March 2021. Rachel also served as a Senior Project Manager at Granicus from November 2018 to June 2019, and as a Project Manager from September 2016 to October 2018. Rachel gained experience in e-commerce as an E-Commerce Specialist at MCW Distribution, Inc. from November 2014 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at i2 Company Limited as a Project Manager from April 2014 to June 2014, and as a Project Executive from September 2012 to March 2014. Rachel's professional journey started at TFI Digital Media Limited, where they served as a Project Executive from June 2011 to August 2012.

Rachel Chan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2008 to 2011. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, Rachel has obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in March 2018 and Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in June 2018. Rachel has also completed several online courses, such as Process Improvement Foundations, Leading Projects, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Interpersonal Communication, and Leading Productive Meetings, through LinkedIn in 2020.
