Eduarda Dreux

Eduarda Dreux is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and event management. As of May 2023, Eduarda serves as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Galapagos Capital. Previously, Eduarda held the position of Events Manager at Wildlife Studios from March 2021 to November 2022, overseeing annual budgets, aligning strategies across offices, and supporting various internal and external events, including large-scale hackathons and game launches. Eduarda's foundation in human resources was established during a four-year tenure at Bain & Company, encompassing roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Associate, with responsibilities including onboarding training and vacation system maintenance. Eduarda also contributed to the Olympic and Paralympic Games as Operations Coordinator at the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee, ensuring smooth operations for multiple sporting events.
