Prior experience encompasses significant consulting roles at McKinsey & Company, IVIX Financial Advisory, and Versailles Group, where both large and middle-market M&A transactions were handled, alongside financial restructuring initiatives for major firms in Brazil. Eduardo earned an MBA from Suffolk University and holds a certificate in financial management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, complemented by a bachelor's degree in production engineering from UFSCar.
