José Augusto

José Augusto has extensive experience in corporate infrastructure and project innovation, currently serving at Galapagos Capital since June 2019. Prior to this, José held various roles at BTG Pactual from March 2005 to July 2018, progressing from an Analista de suporte técnico to a Coordenador de infraestrutura de TI. Responsibilities included managing Field Service and Service Desk teams, providing operational support for business areas, and leading complex projects, particularly in data center management and cloud migration. José also significantly contributed to infrastructure committees and has a strong background in technology integration, budget management, and cost reduction initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Technology degree in Information Systems Management from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
