Thomas Resende Averbuck

Thomas Resende Averbuck is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Partner at Galapagos Capital since April 2019. Previously, Thomas held the role of Structured Finance at C6 Bank from April 2018 to April 2019 and worked as a Private Equity Analyst at GP Investments from June 2015 to March 2018. Thomas began a career in finance as a Macro Economics Summer Intern at Brasil Plural in June 2014 and gained initial experience as an Equity Research Summer Intern at JGP in June 2013. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College between 2011 and 2015 and holds Brazilian, American, and International Baccalaureate Diplomas from Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro, completed in 2011.
