John Udosen

John Udosen currently serves as a Junior Computer User Support Specialist at Galapagos Federal Systems since February 2022, where responsibilities include providing technical support, account management, and reporting significant issues for NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers, particularly for command staff. In addition to this role, John Udosen has been a Security Officer at G4S Compliance & Investigations since February 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Sergeant and Medical Nurse in the United States Air Force from January 2009 to January 2021, and as a Federal Police Officer with the U.S. Department of Defense from December 2014 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include a General Studies degree from the Community College of Baltimore County, a Chemistry degree from the University of Calabar, and a Security+ certification in Cyber Security from Douala IT Consulting.
