Tom Allen

Tom Allen has over 9 years of experience in recruiting and program management. Tom is currently working as the Director of Recruiting in the Program Management Office at Galapagos Federal Systems, where they have implemented an innovative recruiting methodology and provided leadership and guidance for existing and new business pursuits. Tom has also managed teams of recruiters and recruiting vendors and partnered with Digital Marketing for various recruiting initiatives. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at ASRC Federal, Navistar Inc, Cummins Inc., IBM, PeopleScout RPO, Accenture, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Independent Recruiter, and SDG Corporation, where they gained extensive experience in recruiting across various industries and managed recruiting teams and operations.

Tom Allen attended Howard Community College, where they studied Computer Science.
