Adam Lapayover

Adam Lapayover has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial industry. Adam is currently working as the Director of Legal & Compliance at Galaxy since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BNY Mellon as a Director of Managing Counsel from June 2016 to May 2021. Adam also served as a Vice President and Counsel at Natixis, where they managed capital markets documentation, negotiated agreements, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Before that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President and Negotiator, and at RBC Capital Markets as a Senior Analyst in Structured Equity Derivatives. Adam began their career as a Floor Clerk at the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Adam Lapayover has a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Binghamton University. Adam is certified as "Admitted to NY State Bar" by the New York State Board of Law Examiners.
