Kate Pentecoste

Kate Pentecoste, ACAMS-FCI, CGSS, CCI, has extensive experience in compliance and financial crime management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Deputy BSA Officer, Director of Compliance, and Vice President of Compliance at Galaxy since June 2019, Kate also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Business and Entrepreneurship Center at St. Anthony's High School. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Guidepost Solutions, Associate Transaction Surveillance and Associate Forensics at Goldman Sachs, and AML Alert Operations Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Kate began a career in underwriting as an Underwriting Assistant at NIF Group, Inc. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Criminology and Justice from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
