Michael Mills

Michael Mills has an extensive work experience history. Michael is currently the Head of Global Compensation at Galaxy Digital since December 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President of Compensation at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from August 2015 to December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Semler Brossy Consulting Group from March 2014 to August 2015 and as a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst at Towers Watson from June 2012 to March 2014. Michael also has experience as an Executive Compensation Analyst at Compensation Strategies, Inc. from July 2009 to June 2012. In the earlier stages of their career, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst Intern at Western Reserve Partners LLC from December 2006 to February 2007 and as an Investment Banking Analyst - Industrial Group Intern at KeyBanc Capital Markets from June 2008 to December 2008.

Michael Mills received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Honors in Economics and Management from DePauw University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. In 2007 and 2008, they also studied International Economics at Kansai Gaidai University.
