Jun Frank

Jun Frank has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jun is currently the Global Head of Compensation & Governance Advisory at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS), a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at ICS from February 2022 to October 2023. Before joining ICS, Jun Frank worked as the Executive Director, Advisory, North America and Asia at ICS from September 2016 to February 2022. Jun also served as the Principal Advisor, East Asia at ICS from August 2015 to September 2016.

Before their time at ICS, Jun Frank worked at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services as the Executive Director, Head of Asia ex-Japan Research from May 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, Head of Asia (ex-Japan) Research at ISS | An MSCI Brand from June 2012 to May 2014.

Jun Frank's earlier experiences include being an MBA Candidate at the University of Notre Dame from August 2010 to May 2012. Jun also worked as a Business Development Intern at PARC (formerly Xerox PARC) from June 2011 to August 2011, where they evaluated commercial opportunities for data mining and online social analytics technology.

Prior to their MBA studies, Jun Frank held roles at Glass, Lewis & Co., including Advisor from August 2010 to June 2011 and Director of Asian Proxy Research from March 2005 to August 2010. At Glass, Lewis & Co., they oversaw the Asian Equity Research Division and played a key role in expanding the firm's presence in Japan.

Additionally, Jun Frank was a Steering Committee Member of the Japan Financial Forum at the Japan Society of Northern California from 2008 to 2010.
