Veronica Adgate

Veronica Adgate offers extensive experience in human resources and talent strategy, currently serving as Director and Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture Officer at Galaxy since January 2018. Previous roles include Head of Talent Strategy and Management and Director of Human Resources at Galaxy. Prior to Galaxy, Veronica worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Novofam Management LLC from 2016 to 2017 and held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at Fortress Investment Group from February 2012 to January 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Red Lion Family Office, a multi-family office that catered to hedge fund principals. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from New York University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
