Jennifer's background includes significant contributions to pre-opening marketing and communications for Bellagio Shanghai, Andaz Xintandi, and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, focusing on brand image promotion and media relationships. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Xi'​ An Fanyi University.
