Victor Lao is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application development and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Application Development at Galaxy Entertainment Group since August 2010. Victor Lao oversees a comprehensive application development portfolio that includes Full Stack Engineering, Data Platforms, and SAP/SuccessFactors Solutions across Macau, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.
