André Lin is currently the Executive Sous Chef at Galaxy Entertainment Group, continually seeking new challenges and knowledge to enhance their passion for food. They previously held the position of Executive Chef at Michel Reybier Hospitality and served in a task force role as Executive Chef at the AlpenGold Hotel during the World Economic Forum in 2022. André has also completed a Culinary Arts and Management Diploma at the School of Tourism and Hospitality of Algarve, where they are currently enrolled.
