Thomas Vong

Thomas Vong is an experienced data solution manager currently at Galaxy Macau since October 2013, with expertise in database operations, application enhancements, ETL processes, reporting, and disaster recovery planning. Key achievements include upgrading the Bally gaming system from V12 to V13, implementing a new POS system, and transitioning the Hotel PMS system from Windows to Linux.
