Tishe Edgal

Tishe Edgal is an accomplished professional in the information technology and customer service fields, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services at Galaxy Backbone Limited since April 2015, focusing on revenue generation and marketing strategy. With extensive experience at Galaxy Backbone since February 2010, Tishe has handled IT customer services, coordinating client services and managing escalated queries. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Services Delivery Manager at Computer Warehouse Group, where management of customer operations and strategic direction were key responsibilities. Tishe’s career began at Guinness Nigeria PLC as Service Desk Manager and included an earlier position as Asset Management Specialist at Computer Warehouse Limited. Tishe holds an MBA in Business Management from Ondo State University and a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta.
