Max Hightower has had a diverse work experience, beginning with Hightower Properties LLC in 2010, where they worked as a Property Maintenance. In 2011, they began working for Permian Basin Builders as a Painter/ Demolition/ Builder/ Warehouse Clerk. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Administrative Assistant and Account Specialist at Zealandia Capital, Inc. where they managed a portfolio of 100-150 accounts and helped resolve debt on monthly installment loan payments. In 2019, they began working for Higher Ground Rainwater Systems as a Project Manager and Inside Sales Representative. Their primary goal was to develop, oversee, and implement a complete overhaul of the internal process mapping to improve short-term and long-term efficiency, increase company reach through active social media, and add profitability. In 2018, they became a Small Business Owner at Max's Card Shoppe. In 2021, they began working for Galaxy Digital as a Sales Development Representative, Inbound Sales Development Representative, and Business Development Representative, where they prospected hundreds of leads through a multi-channel approach, generated over $300k in annual revenue, and collaborated with the inhouse marketing department to develop outreach campaigns. Max also began working for Talend as a Sales Development Intern, where they prospected hundreds of leads through a multi-channel approach, qualified Directors and Managers, and closed them on attending a Talend summer webinar. Finally, they were selected in the top 2% of applicants for a Sales Development Fellowship at SV Academy, where they were rigorously trained (300+ hours) and assessed on sales development skills.

Max Hightower completed an Associate of Arts - AA in Accounting and Finance from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Midland College for General Studies from 2011 to 2012. Max has also obtained three certifications: Sales Development Fellowship - Cohort 43 from SV Academy in June 2021, Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in May 2021, and HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in April 2021.
