Eric Jones

Eric Jones has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career at Organizing for America - VA as a Digital Media Intern, where they developed and executed social and digital media plans to engage voters. Eric then worked at Virginia Tech Recreational Sports as a Facility Supervisor, managing staff and overseeing facility operations. Simultaneously, they served as a Regular Columnist for the Collegiate Times, where they published weekly articles on various topics. Eric then transitioned to Galco Industrial Electronics, where they initially worked as a Content Writer, responsible for writing marketing copy and managing social media. Eric later became a Marketing Assistant, contributing to advertising and website messaging. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Marketing Specialist at Galco Industrial Electronics, where they guide web development initiatives and performs user acceptance testing for website improvements. Additionally, Eric has taken on the role of Track Lead - Web/eCommerce, managing projects related to web integration with ERP systems.

Eric Jones earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Wayne State University, which they completed in 2023. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2014, they studied Psychology at Virginia Tech, although they did not complete a specific degree at that time.
