Arthur Durand

Arthur Durand is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region at Galderma since June 2025. Previously, Arthur held the same title at Straumann Group from August 2024 to April 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead for various regions at Biogen from October 2018 to August 2024, as well as positions as Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Cardinal Health and Pfizer, respectively. Arthur completed a training course in Administration publique at École Navale in 2011 and earned a Master's Degree from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM in 2010.
