Frederique Lantoine-Adam

Frederique Lantoine-Adam is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive expertise in quality control, quality assurance, and analytical development. Since March 2021, Frederique has served as the Head of Quality at Galderma, overseeing a department of 120 employees and holding responsibilities as a Qualified Person and Responsible Pharmacist. Prior roles at Galderma include Head of Quality Control and Analytical Development Laboratory from May 2016 to March 2021. Frederique's previous experience includes a Director position at Pierre Fabre, managing an R&D center with a budget of 11 million Euros and a team of 47 employees, as well as roles at 3M, Expanscience, and UPSA, focusing on analytical development and quality control. Frederique holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University and a Pharm.D. from Université Paris V.
